2. How to request a refund
You have two easy options:
- Email support@keepgrowinglab.com with the subject "Refund request" and the email address you used at checkout. We'll take care of it.
- Or request it directly through Digistore24, our authorized reseller, using the order confirmation or receipt email you received after purchase.
You do not need to explain why, and you may keep any files already downloaded.
3. How refunds are processed
Because your purchase is handled by Digistore24 (the merchant of record), your refund is issued back to the original payment method through Digistore24.
