These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of the digital products offered by MaxRise Method ("we", "us", "our"), including The MaxRise Method and its companion e-books (the "Products"). By purchasing or downloading a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Products.
1. What you are buying
The Products are digital educational materials (e-books delivered as PDF files) about home cooking, meal planning and hosting. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Upon confirmed payment, you receive access to download the files. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
2. Payment and delivery
Purchases are processed by our authorized reseller, Digistore24 (Digistore24 GmbH), which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, invoicing and payment security. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your download link, typically within a few minutes. The price shown at checkout is a one-time payment; the Products are not a subscription.
3. License and intellectual property
All content in the Products — text, recipes, layouts, illustrations and images — is owned by or licensed to MaxRise Method and protected by copyright. When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use it for your own use.
You may not resell, sublicense, share, publicly distribute, upload to file-sharing sites, or reproduce the Products in whole or in part for commercial purposes, or claim them as your own.
4. Educational purpose & food-safety notice
The Products are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Recipes and cooking guidance are shared in good faith, but cooking involves personal judgment. You are responsible for safe food handling, proper cooking temperatures, and for checking ingredients against any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements of the people you cook for. We make no guarantee of any specific result and accept no liability for outcomes arising from your use of the Products.
5. Guarantee & refunds
The Products are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaxRise Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Products. Our total liability in connection with a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
